Breakfast: Consume 2 slices of organic pineapple. Combine with whole grain toast with low-sugar jam. Make sure you use fresh pineapple, not the canned version.

Lunch: Consume 200 grams tuna, seasoned with salt, pepper, and olive oil. Combine with 2 slices of pineapple.
